Warm coat with liner. I use it in cold weather in early spring. Warm enough to wear alone and warm enough to wear under a sweater. Liner is warm but is a bit itchy. Wash before use and make it better. This a good all around jacket for cold weather in the

The parka fit as expected in my size (XL) - arrived in new condition, with all the zippers/pockets intact. I purchased it for a multi-day/multi-season pack, where I want to have some form of water resistance for possible light rain and for layering for the cold. The fit seems appropriate for the purpose, as there's plenty of room to fit layers. The liner feels very good, not cheap or crunchy. The fabric feels robust and appears water-resistant, but I haven't had the opportunity to subject it to any rigorous tests. For the money, I think this was a good purchase, though you'll have to search a bit for a seller who has them in stock. Update (11/22/16): I purchased a second and a third one of these parkas in the last two months, all XL size. I wanted one for me and two as Xmas gifts. They were brand new and had no noticeable flaws. They were very reasonable, as I got them for $30-$40 each. The price can definitely vary.

It was great, but the pocket on the left arm is not the same size as on my uniform jacket so I couldn't put my sidearm in it. It's just slightly smaller than my full size pocket on my service jacket, but big enough for nothing at all really, it just doesn't fit my duty belt. I had a duty sidearm that would fit, but they were no longer usable so I didn't buy it. My size US Navy jacket is 6xl, so that's what I was looking for. The cuffs are quite small on the sleeves and there is a big flap that has no function on the front of the jacket. Other than that it's fine.
