The USGI WWII M36 Pistol Belt is the standard U.S. Army pistol belt of the Second World War, built from heavy cotton webbing with brass hardware and the classic interlocking saber-hook buckle. Adjustable to roughly 42 inches at full length, it fits waists up to about 38–40 inches and accepts the full range of M1910-pattern holsters, ammo pouches, canteen covers, and first-aid kits. Issued in enormous numbers under Lend-Lease, the M36 saw continuous front-line service through WWII, Korea, and into the early Vietnam era. Great WWII BeltThis belt is in excellent condition and unused. It is U.S. marked, but the one thing I was disappointed with is the fact that it was not maker marked or dated. It may be because they came back from Russia, or just luck of the draw. No matter what it wouldn't keep me from getting another.
