Brass rod for Tommy GunsThis rod is solid brass and looks exactly like the ones pictured in my old field manuals. It fits perfectly in the buttstock trap of my M1A1 and threads onto standard .45 brushes without any trouble.
Original brass build holds up well

Solid brassA real surplus item. Solid brass will not harm your barrel, but is strong and stiff enough for all cleaning chores. Too short for my semi Thompson, but I find I use it for other guns. It is very handy and a great price.
