USMC Korean War MP Brassard

The USMC Korean War MP Brassard is an authentic military police arm band. These brassards would have been issued to soldiers in the Marine Corps during the Korean War who were attached to military police units. Every aspect of these brassards is authentic down to the Rau Klikit snaps and use of coloring. These came direct to us from a US government auction and the quantity available is very limited.

Description

The USMC Korean War MP Brassard is an authentic USMC Military Police armband. We have determined these were most likely produced shortly after World War II for use in Korea based on the pattern, colors, and style of snaps used. This style of brassard was also used by Marines in Vietnam as there was a large quantity produced for the Korean war that remained in government stocks at the outbreak of the Vietnam War.
