30-06 Chamber Cleaning
The NcStar 30-06 Chamber Brush is sized for the chamber of a .30-06 Springfield rifle, the section at the rear of the barrel where the cartridge sits when it fires. A bore brush is too small for this area, so carbon and fouling tend to build up there. Left alone, that buildup can make fired cases stick and extract roughly. This brush is for owners of .30-06 bolt guns, semi-autos and older service rifles who want a dedicated tool for that job.

Build and Use
The brush pairs a dense head of bronze-colored wire bristles with a twisted wire core set into a molded black hub. Run it into the chamber with a little solvent, rotate it a few turns to break up carbon, then follow with a patch. Fit is specific to .30-06 Springfield chambers, so pick up the matching NcStar chamber brush for other calibers.

Works great on my old rifleGot this brush to clean out the chamber on my 30-06. It fits perfect and the bronze bristles scrub out the gunk real good. Took about 10 minutes and it was spotless.

Cleans chambers like a dreamBeen using this 30-06 brush for a month now on my old Remington 700. The bronze bristles are just right not too stiff to scratch anything but they scrub out carbon like it's nothing. Shipping was faster than I expected too, got it in 3 days. I've put about 200 rounds through since and the chamber feels smoother after every clean.

Fedex shippingThis was the second time I ordered these chamber brushes. The first Fedex claimed to have in delivered in two days. They can't deliver next day air to me in less than two and a half days and this was standard shipping.i don't like paying twice for the same item.

Garand cleaning brushI have no doubt that this brush is good for cleaning ANY 30-06. But I bought it specifically for my Garand. It works well and fits with my other pieces of my cleaning kit.
