One Handle, Five Tools

The Rothco 5-in-1 Multi-Purpose Tool puts a shovel, saw, hatchet and pick on one shared handle, with a compass in the pommel (the rounded knob at the end of the grip). You carry a single compact kit instead of four separate tools, and you swap heads as the job changes. It suits campers, hunters, overlanders and anyone building a vehicle or bug-out kit where space counts.

Features

• Interchangeable Heads — Each head slides into the top of the handle and is held by a removable pin, so changing tools takes a few seconds.
• Pointed Shovel Blade — The spade-tip blade digs fire pits, cat holes and drainage trenches, and a toothed edge along one side cuts through roots and packed soil.
• Folding Shovel Neck — A hinged joint at the base of the blade lets the shovel head pivot for more compact storage.
• Serrated Saw Blade — A long toothed blade handles branches and small limbs for firewood or clearing a campsite.
• Hatchet Head — The axe-style head splits kindling and has a bottle opener notch cut into the blade.
• Pick Attachment — An angled spike breaks up hard ground, ice or rocky soil before you dig.
• Pommel Compass — A small compass sits in the end of the grip for quick direction checks, and it can be removed.
• Ribbed Grip And Locking Collar — A ridged handle gives a firmer hold, and a knurled collar tightens down to secure the head.
• Black Carry Pouch — The included nylon pouch closes with a snap flap and has a snap belt loop on the back for wearing on a belt.

What Comes In The Kit

The kit includes the handle, shovel blade, saw blade, hatchet head, pick, compass, retaining pin and a spacer washer, all finished in black. Everything packs into the snap-closure pouch, which keeps the set together in a pack, truck box or on your belt. Rothco designed it as a light-duty camp and emergency tool, not a replacement for a full-size axe or spade on heavy jobs.
