    I had read a lot of good things about this tool before I bought it. I'm glad I bought it. I use it to keep under my pack. This thing really works great for making potties when you have no where to dig. The shovel works well and the spade end is the perfect size for potties. It is also easy to unfold and clean. I am very happy with this purchase. The price is right too.

    I've used this to dig holes, use the shovel head to split firewood, even clean some fire-pits and it's very versatile. The only issue is that it can't cut through metal cans very well.

    Bought two, one to leave in the Jeep the other to have at the cabin. Strong, works great for digging. Love that its Gerber, but I don't see the point in having it hanging from the Jeep ceiling for months and never using it, I'll wait until next time I'm up north and then bury the handle
