Great Parka. I bought the large for a long light jacket. This Parka goes down to my belt and the arms are long enough to come past my waist. Wore it on a cold afternoon to run to post office and on side walk I kept warm. Materials feel nice. Great value for a lot of money saved. Highly recommend for outdoor winter activities. Repeat buyer as other Military parka went to daughter. Happy Thanks

Excellent item, the fit 38 large size fit someone who normally takes a 4x. The size chart doesn't seem to include the actual dimensions for the items listed. It is well made and will serve as my summer motorcycle jacket. I will wear a sweatshirt or fleece underneath for extra warmth.

The biggest thing that surprised me was the fact that this is really a top notch jacket for what you pay. Very heavy and the pockets have loops in them for attaching equipment. Would definitely buy again. I’m not in the military and am quite overweight but it still fits me well. It’s even good for cooler weather because of the heavy material.

The sleeves could be a little longer but I have not removed the insert that shortens the length so they are a perfect length now. Very well made, has an adjustable waist so will shrink or stretch with wear. It does run large but that is what I wanted as a tall person.

I like the parka very much. Fits well and warm for the temps we have been experiencing. Seems to be of good material and workmanship. Just be mindful to not use dryer as dryer tends to shrink. Just hand wash and hang dry and you should be good to go.

I was hesitant to purchase a surplus coat because I had a friend who gave me a sample to try on and the cut is so strange, I wasn't sure I could fit into it. After much begging and promising I would return it, if it didn't fit, I purchased it. I wear it almost every day, it fits perfectly and I love it! Thank you so much!

These are excellent jackets. I wouldn't even call them second to the originals. These are made of good materiel and have good features like a button collar and drawstrings to shut out the cold. These run slim VS American sizing, so keep that in mind.
