These quality Austrian made tent stakes will last much longer than the cheap Chinese made tent stakes being sold at Walmart.
Some of the features of these quality Austrian Tent Stakes:

These a better than most stakes out there. The condition is really good for surplus used gear. I ordered another set they are that good.
I only have USGI tent stakes for comparison; that said they are heads and tails better than those issues by Uncle Sam. I've used them 6 times thus far and they've taken the mallet like a champ, i.e. no chipping or bending. Buy with confidence.
Not much to say about these - sometimes the ends are a bit bent or rough. as to be expected with used equipment.
Good price and a functional item!
These could hold any tent in place! The real deal in every way.
They are not light in weight , but you could pound the crap out of them and they will work. Stacked in a bundle with 4 opposing the other 4 they measure 3"x 13.5".... You could anchor a freighter with these.
I bought two 8 pks to replace the spindly wire ones for my tent. The ones I received were all in good shape. Some of them only needed a little touch up on the ends, they are used after all. These are 12" long and lighter, weight wise, than some other aluminum stakes I have that have a different top configuration and are only 9" long. These stakes are not flimsy. They are worth getting.
I wish all tent stakes were still made this way. They drive easily, hold rock steady, and won't rust. I use them to anchor livestock fence panels, and once in, I can forget about them. I'm getting more today to replace several sets of plastic tent stakes, and to anchor the last few panels I just put in. these are just great!
I have two Kelty tents that I love but the stakes they come with are not that great. These will last me forever. These are awesome.
I was always losing my tent stakes before I bought my set of Austrian tent stakes. It's almost impossible to lose them, and they are very strong.
I ordered a pack of these from keepshooting.com and let me tell ya, they are the real deal. They are lightweight but are nearly indestructible. Not anything like those plastic ones that snap or thin aluminum ones that bend. These will last me many seasons of camping. Decent price and shipping was fast.
