Real Austrian surplus finally, stakes that don't foldThese are genuine Austrian Army issue, and the quality difference between these and the flimsy USGI wire stakes is night and day. At 12 inches long with solid aluminum construction, you can actually hammer these into rocky ground without them bending like paper clips. The Easy Loop System is perfectly sized for 550 paracord, and unlike the plastic stakes from big-box stores, these don't blend into the dirt so you won't leave half of them behind at the campground. Mine arrived in excellent condition for surplus just needed a quick wipe down and they're good as new.

Good strong stakesThese a better than most stakes out there. The condition is really good for surplus used gear. I ordered another set they are that good.

Very well manufacturedI only have USGI tent stakes for comparison; that said they are heads and tails better than those issues by Uncle Sam. I've used them 6 times thus far and they've taken the mallet like a champ, i.e. no chipping or bending. Buy with confidence.

Good old tent stakes!Not much to say about these - sometimes the ends are a bit bent or rough. as to be expected with used equipment. Good price and a functional item!

Very substantial!These could hold any tent in place! The real deal in every way. They are not light in weight , but you could pound the crap out of them and they will work. Stacked in a bundle with 4 opposing the other 4 they measure 3"x 13.5".... You could anchor a freighter with these.
