Great piece of kiti used this sack to pack up my m1949 mountain sleeping bag when i go camping and it made it so much easier to pack because it shrank it down so that my large alice could hold more than just the sleeping bag

Worn but still useful.Pros: Relatively light weight for military gear. The actual function as a compression sack is still perfectly good. Perfect size for the MSS patrol bag alone. Cons: The waterproof coating is separating from the fabric. There is minor fraying of some edges. Over All: Get out your Bic's and use with a light touch to fix the fray. Don't rely on it for weather protection. Best used for gear storage kept inside a pack, which is where I usually keep smaller bags anyway.
