B2K Combat Bayonet
The Waffentechnik B2K Combat Bayonet is a German-made fighting knife and rifle bayonet engineered to fit virtually every NATO-pattern service rifle, from the HK G36 and Colt M4/AR15 to the FN SCAR, Steyr AUG, and Springfield Hellion. The 7.3-inch 440A stainless blade is finished with a non-glare anti-corrosion coating, while the PA6 GK30 polymer scabbard adds an electrically insulated wire cutter and an integrated sapphire sharpening plate. Issued to the Croatian Army for the VHS-D2 rifle and offered to U.S. shooters as the Hellion bayonet, the B2K is built in Solingen to genuine military spec. Better knife than expectedBought this on a whim for my AR build, figured even if the bayonet mount was gimmicky I'd have a decent knife. Pleasantly surprised the blade is actually sharp, the handle is comfortable, and it locks onto my rifle solid. The B2K mount fit my mid-length gas system with standard A2 flash hider, no wobble, no rattle. Release button is positive, doesn't accidentally disengage. Blade is 420 stainless or similar, holds an edge through cardboard and rope testing. The serrated section near the guard is aggressive, actually cuts. Sheath is MOLLE compatible, retention is snug, no accidental drops. I've worn it on my belt to the range a few times, no issues. The bayonet function is probably unnecessary for 99% of use, but it's cool and works.
