Better than my USGI canteen cup stoveI've got drawers full of surplus stoves USGI canteen cup, Swedish Trangia, Esbit, you name it. This Firedragon might be my favorite for actually using vs collecting. The windscreen is the key feature. My USGI stove needs a separate windscreen or the flame blows everywhere. This has it built in, folds with the stove, no extra parts. Also holds a bigger pot more stable did a full 1L boil for ramen with no drama. No fuel included, which was clear in the listing. Using Esbit 14g tablets, getting about 12 minute burns, enough for two cups of water in cool weather.
Shipping was fast, stove was wrapped in paper inside a padded envelope. For $5 I'm buying a second for my hiking pack.

Best tiny stove for backpacking.I took this out on a weekend trip and it worked great for boiling water. It is super light and fits right in my pocket without taking up any space. The side walls really help keep the flame going even when it is a bit windy outside.
Very lightweight design
Fits in a pocket -
Stove- GoodFuel is a little more problematic. You can: 1. Use esbit (stinky and expensive) 2, Use the British issue alcohol cubes (expensive and sorta hard to find) 3. Fill the fuel trough with hand sanitizing gel. Get as high an alcohol percentage as possible, and unscented works better. IDK, maybe you'll like the scented kind- try 'em both.
Cheap. Will warm up a canteen cup of water for tea, coffee, hot chocolate. A wind screen will help efficiency.
Fuel can be a challenge, but I discussed the work around on that above.
Don't be ridiculous and expect it to heat over a canteen cup of water.
For heating water, not really meant to cook on. -
A good priceThe British alcohol fuel tabs are a little hard to find, nut they are on amazon some times. I refuse to use stinky esbit tabs.
