British Police Bobby Hat

The British Police have used this style of hat, commonly known as either a Bobby Hat or Custodian Helmet since 1863. This would certainly make the Bobby Hat the longest continuously used style of hat for any modern police force after over 150 years of service. We have sorted each of the Bobby hats we've received and made sure they all have both the helmet badge and the top insignia. We've made sure that none of these custodian helmets have any defects or issues. The sizing on each hat is going to run from a standard 57/58 with some being up to size 61. As the sizes are not marked on the hats, we cannot guarantee which size you will receive.
