They work great

The mags fit well in my pistol with minimal play in all directions, and are quite easy to load to 17 rounds with ease. No real difference in how the mag performs from the stock mag, which makes me happy, as i hate adding weight to my already front heavy pistol, without gaining much benefit. But as with any magazines there are some little drawbacks, in this case being the front base. The mags sit about .015' lower in my magwell than the stock mag, so releasing the slide without ejecting the magazine will cause damage to the magwell and / or slide. I used a tool from ProMag (for the other M&P calibers) which fit over the front lip of the magazine base and pressed down hard to snap the mag into place, after loading it of course. This may or may not work on these. I am ordering another set of mags in 40S&W to find out, but the front base is also smaller than the stock magazine, causing a lot of mag catch problems and bolt open errors, so i recommend adding a flat piece of plastic or other item to prevent damage to your slide or barrel if you can. Aside from these minor inconveniences, the price was very fair and the service was top notch. I recommend KS to anyone who asks
