    Does what it should, at the cost it should.

    I bought this hat for use when canoeing and kayaking on various rivers and waterways around the U.S. and abroad. It works great. Not the highest quality out there, but the price reflects that. That said, I haven't noticed any problems yet. The quality seems good enough to stand up to whatever is thrown at it and at this price point, I'm happy. Good product for the price. I have two and might buy a third.
