    You get what you pay for. They work. Nothing fancy, but do what they were made to do, work. The picture shows one of the can openers laying flat. It is actually about 1/8" thick and you would have to hit it on something to flatten it. But they work and that is what matters. Also I have tried all 4 openers, and all are able to open 2-1/2# Campbell's Chunky tomato soup cans. I got this set for camping. The P-51 model may work better but I wanted to save weight. I would still carry the P-51 if it weighed less than this model. I just don't think it does. Overall for the price you can't go wrong with these and the extra set is good insurance. It has been tested!

    They work just as advertised. Very compact. Just don't lose them because it will be hard to replace them in some parts of the world. I use them for scouting and as part of a personal survival kit.

    Military P-38 are larger and more solid than the regular 38g P-38s you get from Army-Navy. It comes pretty dull, but the knife edge works to put an edge on the blade if needed.
