Infidel Morale Patch

Infidel Morale Patch

This Rothco patch spells out INFIDEL in bright red embroidery across a dark brown background. It is a morale patch, the kind of unofficial insignia soldiers and contractors use to add attitude or an inside joke to their kit. The compact rectangle sits easily on a pack, cap panel or jacket, and the color pairing stays low-key next to earth-tone gear.

Features

• Embroidered Lettering — The word INFIDEL is stitched in thread instead of printed, so the text has raised texture and will not peel or flake.
• Red On Dark Brown — Bright red thread stands out clearly against the dark brown base without looking out of place on tan, coyote or OD green gear.
• Brush-Style Script — The uneven, hand-drawn letterforms give the patch a rougher, painted look than standard block text.
• Twill Fabric Base — The background is a woven twill, the same diagonal-weave fabric used in a lot of work and uniform clothing.
• Stitched Border Edge — A dense dark thread border wraps the perimeter to finish the edge and keep the fabric from fraying.
• Rounded Rectangle Shape — The slim horizontal layout with softened corners fits name-tape style spots and narrow panels on packs and hats.
• Rothco Made — Rothco is a long-running supplier of military-style clothing and accessories, and this patch comes from its morale patch line.

Embroidery And Finish

Thread fills the full face of the patch, with the red lettering laid over the brown twill and a darker border stitched around the edge. The result is a clean, solid patch with legible text from a distance. It suits anyone who collects morale patches or wants a simple text patch to personalize a bag, hat or jacket.
