Live Free or Die Morale Patch

Minuteman PVC Patch

The Maxpedition Live Free or Die patch puts a colonial minuteman, musket in hand, in front of a field of stars, with "Live Free or Die" and "1776" lettered around him. It is a morale patch, a personal emblem worn on a pack, cap or jacket to show what the wearer stands for. The hook back lets you put it on any loop panel and take it off again in seconds, so it moves between bags as easily as it goes on.

Features

• 3D Molded PVC — The design is cast in raised layers of PVC rubber, so the figure, stars and lettering stand off the face instead of being printed flat.
• Original Minuteman Artwork — A tricorn-hatted soldier with crossed belts and a long musket fills the center, framed by gothic "Live Free or Die" lettering and the date 1776.
• Hook-Back Fastening — The back carries the hook half of a hook-and-loop fastener, which grips any loop-lined surface such as the patch panels found on many packs and caps.
• Loop Sheet Included — A separate loop-lined sheet can be sewn onto clothing to give the patch a mounting spot, or pressed onto the back to protect the hooks while it is stored.
• Weatherproof Construction — PVC sheds rain and is built to resist fading, so the patch holds up outdoors better than embroidered thread.
• 3 x 3 Inch Round — At 3 inches (7.6 cm) across, it is sized to sit on a standard patch panel without crowding it.
• Lightweight — It weighs 0.529 oz (15 g), light enough that you will not notice it on a hat or sleeve.
• Made In Taiwan — Maxpedition has the patch produced in Taiwan.

Fit And Attachment

The patch attaches to any loop field, including the loop panels Maxpedition sews onto many of its bags. If a jacket or shirt has no loop panel, stitch on the included loop sheet first and the patch will mount there. The design comes in more than one colorway, including Arid and SWAT; the version pictured uses brown, tan and white on a dark background.
