Israeli Army Commando Knife
This is a fixed-blade fighting and utility knife carrying Israeli Army markings, built for cutting, prying and general field work where a folding knife would be too light. It pairs a long, blackened clip-point blade with a stacked leather grip and a riveted leather belt sheath. It suits collectors of Israeli military kit, reenactors, and anyone who wants a full-size issue-pattern knife for camp and outdoor use.

- Leather Belt Sheath — A stitched and riveted leather sheath with a snap retention strap holds the knife, and a slot on the back takes a belt.
Markings And Sheath
The blade carries two stamps: the Star of David on one face and the John Nowill Sheffield maker's mark on the other, both set near the guard where they stay visible. The sheath is dark brown leather, stitched along its edge and reinforced with brass rivets, with a strap that wraps the handle and closes on a brass snap. Its rough-out back has a vertical belt slot, so it rides on a standard belt without extra hardware.

Solid piece of military historyMy husband has been wanting one of these for years so I finally got it for his birthday. He served in the military and has a whole collection of fixed blade knives and he said this Sheffield made one is one of the better built ones hes seen. The leather handle wrap is a little rough when you first get it but breaks in after handling it a bit. I like that it comes with a leather sheath that you can wear on either side of your belt. He keeps it displayed on his shelf mostly but has taken it out to the backyard a few times to test it on some firewood and it held up fine. For the price you really cant complain, its a well made knife with some cool history behind it.

Israeli army knifeThis is My second Israeli Knife, I gave the first to a soldier leaving for the second Gulf war. He stated it preformed all the tasks required and was a comfort to him,although the leather grip got sunburned.
