Does what I want it to do. I like it. The mold is super nice and solid, doesn't wiggle or bounce. It is minimalist, it's really just what you see. Doesn't look fake either. Nice design. Not sure how to properly put in in a more compact pack set up. For me, I have the stock pushed as far forward as it will go. I then wrap a belt through it to keep it secure in my BTs pack. It doesn't really need a means of attachment, because the thick band helps keep it there in a bag or just with a belt wrap. So there isn't much else to write here. Buy it. Put it on a receiver, don't worry about adding any additional attachments, you'll like it. For reference I have it on a PMG H14. It is extremely snug. Fits perfectly, but tightly. Doesn't budge, looks right, and does what it is designed to do. If you are looking for additional information I'm sure you are wrong and have made a decision to just purchase it already. Good luck.

The Magpul adjustable stock fit perfectly on my Ar15 build. The process of installation is a bit different from other stocks, but the end result is perfect. Highly recommended

Magpul, can't really say anything bad about the quality, so I won't say anything bad about this either. Perfect length of pull and great option for any AOR build. This will most likely replace my H2 for the rest of my builds. Can't go wrong with it.

Great replacement if you are tired of seeing factory fixed stocks. It also offers some movement for comfort in different positions. It does not add a ton of length to the overall length of the weapon, nor it makes the handle longer. Just a different approach to fixed length or adjustable length stock. I would highly recommend it for all AR builders out there.

This stock has a tight fit on mil spec recievers and allows you to fine tune your buffer to weapon system without the help of tools. The only complaint I have with this item is it wobbles and that the plastic portion sticks out of your mag port which isn't that aesthetically pleasing. If you are going to purchase a s&w magpul fixed stock I would go with the hogue or black hawk product over this one because it is well worth the extra $50. However if you are on a budget this item will get the job done. Just don't plan on having it be your end all end all solution because it wobbles alot, if that is not a problem for you than go for it.

It's NOT Ambidextrous! One of the two sides of the device that is intended to be operated with your thumb is actually designed to only be manipulated with your index finger...You'll have to take an empty mag and insert it into the space that your thumb would normally occupy to find out for yourself...Also, while it is made of "tough" plastic material, and is quite durable, you can easily see the seams in some areas...Overall, I still love it...However, there is NO mention of these minor design flaws on the product page, nor in the descriptions...Which makes it a little hard to recommend it to people...Those are my 2 cents! I'm sure there's some ethical people in this business, and not all the magpul employees/staff are in on it, but I would strongly advise all customers to take a look at any free products that have been offered to this user in the past, and then compare the overall rating of those products to the rest of their user's reviews...There's no shame in buying the lower end option...As I said before, the actual design of this product may very well make it the perfect stock for you, but if I was spending $30-40 on something I'd have a hard time living with, I'd buy another lower end option and pay someone to do some minor work to customize it...THAT I could live with!

Love it, couldnt ask for anything better, unless it were longer, even then Id be hard pressed to want anything else.

I like the way it doesn't hit you in the face like most carbine length buttstocks do. This and other "pure Mlok" buttstocks are a great way to get an all black AR and still have something more than "commercial" parts. It's more of an "all mil spec" rifle and I think that makes them feel more reliable and cooler to shoot.

Great value. Reliable and well made, the locking nut works perfectly. Can't beat it.

Easy install and has a solid lock in position. Fits 6.5 Grendel. Solid feel to it and feels like it would hold up well.

Easy and quick to install. Feels great. Love the quick attach sling mounts too. Really good deal for what you get. Comes as one complete stock, with spacer to change the length of pull if needed.

This works great on any magpul build

This stock rocks! The length of pull and fit is very nice. FDE is more of a mottled finish. If your after a stealth look I wouldn't choose this stock. But the fit and finish are nice. The only con is there is no provision for QD sling attachment. I'm running a S&W M&P15 with an EMR rifle works just fine for me though.

Excellent Fixed Carbine Stock

Magpul makes a great fixed stock. Great price. Quality and price makes them the one to buy. The over size stock fits a little to snug.

This stock has that aggressive, sleek look that Magpul products have. Easy install and has great quality feel to it. Definitely recommend it to any of my friends.

I wanted to love this but ultimately didn't because of the height it creates when using a scoptachop mounted flash-hider (no notches). I needed an adapert for my magpul fixed, sling adapter, that allowed me to still mount a Sight 'n Site scope in 2 places without changing the front end of the mag or the scope (a Leapers 223 w/"low sights" + 2 Sight 'n Site bases). If you are not doing this, then the S&S on a 1" tube is really cool, though the only complaint is there's no rear set screw so make dang sure your scoop isn't going to move or wiggle in any way!

I’ve owned and built many rifles over the years and never had any issues with these. The length is perfect and I like the little shelf for cheek weld. Perfect price too.

Nice item works well I'd buy it again. My main reason for the review is that it's one I bought awhile ago and just now found it I put it on a rifle i have now that needed the stock fixed it worked perfect and has been a reliable sight since... 4 stars is all i get with 2 because its my rating its not perfect for one the latch is a very very loose I'm having to put a thumnut screw on the bottom side of it so i can lock it up it should not loosen up. the tailsprings are great I put the standard length on mine to use the stock it had it fits very good. the latch has 2 holes one with a piece of clear acrylic as a viewing hole which you cant see much but the other hole shows your latch open and locked on the way you want to use it its easy to put on but takes some time but if you do not like to wait it has allen bolts on both sides you tighten the nut and screw until its nice and tight... so overall nice fixed stock very good look to me. the product I got is a good one... im getting the another of the same to have another backup just because i don't like when things loosen up. the springs do work well

Fits like a glove, on a MP AR 15 , not that there is a other place to fit it , would recommend to anyone who needs this part ,
