Maxpedition This We'll Defend 3D Patch

Army Motto Morale Patch

The Maxpedition This We'll Defend 3D Patch puts the official motto of the United States Army on your gear in molded PVC rubber. A coiled rattlesnake, fangs bared, rears up in front of a distressed American flag, with the motto in bold white letters along the bottom. It attaches to any loop panel on a pack, plate carrier, hat or jacket, and it suits soldiers, veterans and anyone who wants their kit to show where they stand.

Features

• Molded PVC Rubber — The patch is cast in flexible PVC rather than embroidered, so it sheds water, wipes clean and won't fray at the edges.
• 3D Raised Design — The snake, flag and lettering are molded at different heights, which gives the artwork depth and texture you can feel.
• Full-Color Artwork — A brown and tan rattlesnake with a pale blue eye stands out against the red, white and blue flag and the black border.
• U.S. Army Motto — "This We'll Defend" is the official motto of the United States Army and runs across the base of the patch.
• Hook Backing — The back carries the stiff hook half of a hook-and-loop fastener, so it presses onto any soft loop panel and peels off when you want to swap it.
• Loop Sheet Included — A separate loop-lined sheet comes with the patch, so you can sew it onto clothing that has no loop panel or cover the hook side while the patch is in storage.
• Compact Size — At 2.88 x 1.75 inches (about 7.3 x 4.4 cm), it fits standard loop fields on packs, carriers and caps.

Build And Fit

Maxpedition molds the patch as one piece of PVC with a raised black border that frames the artwork and protects its edges. The arched top and rectangular body fit inside the loop panels found on most plate carriers, backpacks and tactical hats. If your jacket or bag has no loop field, sew the included loop sheet in place first, and the patch can move between that garment and the rest of your kit.
