Compact Angle Head Light
The Mil-Tec Small LED Angle Head Flashlight follows the classic military anglehead pattern: the lamp sits at a right angle to the body, so you can clip the light to a pack strap, belt or jacket and have it shine forward while both hands stay free. At 6.25 inches long it fits a cargo pocket or glovebox. It runs on two AA batteries and comes with a set of colored filters for signaling and for preserving night vision. Campers, hunters, preppers and anyone who wants a simple clip-on work light will find it useful.
Features
- Angle Head Design — The head is set at 90 degrees to the body, so the beam points ahead when the light is clipped upright to your gear.
- Extra Bright LED — An LED bulb in place of an old-style incandescent lamp gives a bright beam and is far less likely to fail if the light gets knocked around.
- Four Color Filters — Red, green, blue and yellow lens filters are included, and red is the usual choice for reading a map at night without ruining your dark-adapted eyesight.
- Morse Signal Switch — Along with the slide switch on the side, a separate button lets you flash the light in short bursts to send Morse code or signal someone at a distance.
- Holding Clip — A sturdy clip on the back slides over a belt, MOLLE strap or pocket edge to carry the light hands free.
- Safety Eyelet — An eyelet lets you tie on a lanyard so the light stays with you if it slips out of your hand.
- Impact-Resistant Plastic Body — The ribbed casing is molded from tough plastic that keeps the weight down and stands up to drops in the field.
- Splash Water Protected — The light handles rain and splashes, though it is not built to be submerged.
- Runs On 2 AA Batteries — Common AA cells are easy to find almost anywhere, and you will need to supply your own because batteries are not included.
Build And Power
Mil-Tec builds this light around a black impact-resistant plastic body, 6.25 inches long, with a knurled tail cap and a ribbed grip that holds well in gloved hands. Power comes from two AA batteries, sold separately. The light is made in China, and its layout follows the anglehead flashlight soldiers have carried for decades: side switch, back clip and swappable color filters.

Just okaySeems a bit cheap in material and execution but for $10 I'm hoping to get some use out of it. I think I like the old angle heads better.
LED is very important
Switch not very positive
