PMC Bronze 9mm Luger is a 115 grain full metal jacket load built for high-volume shooting: range sessions, drills, and getting to know a new pistol. It is a common training weight in 9mm, so it gives you a sensible baseline for practice. Boxes hold 50 rounds of brass-cased, boxer-primed cartridges, and handloaders can reload the empties.
