Russian M36 Helmet
The Russian M36 Helmet from Mil-Tec is a faithful reproduction of the Soviet SSh-36 steel combat helmet first issued to the Red Army in 1936. Stamped from quality steel and finished in olive drab green with the red Soviet star on the front, it reproduces the wide flared brim, side ear flares, and crown ventilation comb that define the original Shvartz design. Inside, a cotton liner and adjustable cloth chinstrap with metal buckle accommodate head sizes up to 61 cm (US 7 5/8). A solid pick for WWII Eastern Front reenactors, Soviet militaria collectors, and display use.
