What I needed for night shiftsI work as a home health nurse and have to walk to my car at all hours in sketchy neighborhoods so my husband insisted I carry something. This SABRE canister has some weight to it which actually makes me feel more confident holding it, and the grip texture keeps it from slipping out of my hand when its cold and my fingers are numb. The UV marking dye is a really smart feature that other brands dont always have. I did accidentally get a tiny bit of residue on my finger when I first opened it and it took forever to wash off the smell, so make sure you wash your hands REALLY good after practicing with it. Overall I feel a hundred times better having this in my purse.

I purchased Sabre to have a none lethal means of defending
myself in the event of an altercation. Hopefully I will not need to stop a perpetrator with lethal force. While I build a more substantial self-protection inventory.Sabre doesn't stop a psycho from wanting revenge if they are not apprehended within 72 hours after being sprayed.
