Legal carry option for those of us in unfriendly statesLiving in California, I'm always looking for gear that keeps a low profile and doesn't raise questions. This zipper-pull key is perfect for that no one's giving a second look at a jacket zipper. Non-metallic so it won't set off a wand if you're going somewhere that screens. I keep it on the zipper of my range bag and honestly forgot it was even there until I needed to test it. Works fine on standard cuffs I tried it on a buddy's S&W 100s and a set of ASP Ultracuffs, both unlocked smoothly. The double-lock pin works but you have to press it in straight or it slips a little, that's my only real nitpick. Way better than carrying a metal key that screams 'I have cuffs.' If you're in a restricted state or just want something discreet, this is the move. Took alot of people saying the standalone Covert Handcuff Key was better but honestly for concealment this blows it away.
