US Military AN/PAQ-4 Pouch

AN/PAQ-4 Laser Pouch

The US Army issued this pouch to carry the AN/PAQ-4 infrared aiming laser, a rifle-mounted laser that puts a dot visible only through night vision goggles, together with its accessories. It rides on a belt or pack and keeps a small, expensive piece of kit organized and closed in. The same compact size works for handgun magazines, a tactical flashlight or a pocket knife, so it suits anyone running an ALICE belt setup as well as collectors and reenactors building an accurate US loadout.

Features

• Heavy Ballistic Nylon — The body is made from thick black ballistic nylon, a dense woven fabric developed for military use that resists abrasion and punctures.
• Three Internal Compartments — Three separate sections inside keep the laser, batteries and small accessories, or your own gear, from rattling together.
• Double Hook-And-Loop Flap — A full-width flap closes with two strips of hook-and-loop fastener, the same grip-and-peel system as Velcro, for quick access.
• Rear ALICE Clips — Two metal ALICE clips, the slide-and-lock fasteners of the Army's All-purpose Lightweight Individual Carrying Equipment system, attach the pouch to pistol belts, LBE rigs and ALICE packs.
• Webbing Clip Channel — A horizontal band of nylon webbing across the back holds the clips in place and spreads the load across the rear panel.
• Base Drain Eyelet — A metal eyelet set into the lower rear panel lets water escape instead of pooling in the bottom.
• Compact Dimensions — At 7.25 x 5.75 x 1 inches, it sits flat on a belt without adding bulk.
• Made In USA — Manufactured in the United States for Army issue under NSN 8105-01-368-6253.

Issue And Specification

This is genuine US Army issue, supplied with the AN/PAQ-4 infrared aiming system and carried on ALICE-era load-bearing equipment. The black ballistic nylon, metal ALICE clips and double-flap closure are all original to the military specification. If you collect US night vision accessories or need a period-correct pouch for an ALICE belt, it carries the government NSN and build standard that a commercial copy does not.
