This is the left-hand grip panel for the Walther P1, the 9x19mm pistol the West German Bundeswehr carried as its standard sidearm. It is German Army issue, the part that left the armory with the gun, which matters if you are restoring a P1 to correct configuration or replacing a cracked or missing panel.
