Yugoslavian M1 Gas Mask
The Yugoslavian M1 Gas Mask is an authentic military-issue respirator fielded by the Yugoslav People's Army from the 1960s through 1995 and used throughout the Yugoslav Wars. Built on a molded rubber facepiece with twin round eye lenses, an internal oral-nasal cup, and a downward-facing exhale valve, the M1 is a direct descendant of the US M9A1 design. Each set ships complete with one 60mm canister filter and the original issued canvas carry bag with shoulder strap. A solid pick for Cold War collectors, militaria displays, reenactors, and costume builders who want a period-correct Eastern Bloc respirator.

Vintage surplusOrdered this as part of my gas mask collection and it showed up in great condition. The mask fits well once you adjust the harness and the exhale valve works smoothly without any whistling sounds. Its basically the same design as the old US M9A1 but made by Yugoslavia in the 1980s which makes it pretty cool historically. No complaints whatsoever, does what its supposed to do and looks awesome on the shelf.
