Features
- True 7.62x39mm Chambering — Precision-machined to the exact dimensions of a 7.62x39 cartridge so it drops straight into the chamber of any AK-47, AKM, SKS, or other 7.62x39 rifle.
- Visible Red Laser Projection — Bright red laser dot (625–650nm) gives you a clear point of aim downrange in low light, indoors, or on overcast days.
- Sub-5mW Class IIIa Output — Eye-safe power class delivers a usable dot out to roughly 100 yards while staying within federal laser regulations.
- 15–100 Yard Sighting Range — Get optics, iron sights, and red dots on paper at common zeroing distances before you burn your first round of live ammo.
- Solid Brass Construction — Machined brass body resists deformation, holds tight chamber tolerances, and won't get chewed up by the bolt face.
- Batteries Included — Ships ready to use with the required button-cell batteries already in the housing — no extra trip to the store.
- Saves Ammo and Range Fees — Get a rough zero at home or on the bench so you only need a few rounds to confirm at the range.
- Compact, Range-Bag Friendly — Cartridge-size form factor stores in any mag pouch, optic case, or range bag pocket.

My second one bought my first in 2019Bought my first one when I got into AKs and realized how much I hated the "where did that go" game at 100 yards. Figured it'd be a niche tool, something I'd use occasionally. Already had a universal laser kit, didn't "need" a dedicated 7.62x39 sighter. Then I discovered they're also perfect for: my "loaner" to buddies who show up with unzeroed AKs and expect to hit steel, my truck bag since it fits in a small pouch, as a pre-range check when I haven't shot a rifle in months and want confidence, and honestly just having a backup since my first one lived in my range box and I got tired of moving it. Construction is solid I've had mine for 5 years, probably 50+ rifles through it, still functions like new. The laser hasn't drifted, still centers in the bore the same way every time. Mine's been rained on, dropped in mud, used as a chamber flag once when I forgot the real one. Still runs. The brass body hasn't worn, still chambers smoothly without binding.
Proven over years of heavy use Dedicated caliber means no guessing
Now I want one for every caliber I own

Got me on paper at 100 yards first shotBought this for my Chinese SKS to zero a new scout scope setup. Chamber fit was TIGHT had to use the bolt to push it in and a cleaning rod to tap it out. Worried I was going to get it stuck. Once in, worked fine. Laser was centered, visible at 50 yards in my garage. Got me close enough that I was on paper at 25 yards, maybe 6 inches from center. Fine-tuned with live fire from there. Took off one star because the tight fit seems like a quality control issue my buddy's identical sighter drops right into his AK. SKS chambers vary I guess? Also the on/off switch is stiff, hard to operate with gloves.

Great for sighting in your AKI build many AKs and this is by far the best way to make sure that your sights are dead on. Great product!

no more pot shots! You likely safe money by buying this cal specific bore sighter. Here is why, when you use the "universal" ones, you are given a plastic irregular bushing for each cal. Then it sets canted in the rifling. You dial in the optic and blow threw 100rds or more trying to figure out where your hitting. Buy this, save money.
