The 1.148" mil-spec outer diameter accepts the broadest selection of aftermarket carbine stocks, including Magpul, B5, BCM, and LMT. Quality buffer tubeThis is a solid mil-spec carbine buffer tube for AR-15 rifles. The 6-position adjustment gives you plenty of options for length of pull customization. The tighter fit over commercial tubes is definitely noticeable and the lockup is solid.
