Everybody loves this thing. Get my GB's in egg crates from kids selling by the driving range. Get out to a distant par 5, as long as all 4 agree, the shot counts. Get the loudest guy to yell "Four" like scuds, distance, no accuracy...
More fun than we should be allowed to have!
Great for shooting out in the desert and the DAG blanks (available here on KS) launch them nearly out of sight. A good idea is to paint the golf balls with neon colors so you can see where they go!!!!! Be careful..these can hurt someone very seriously if hit by the golf balls!!!!
For the price it can't be beat!
This is not something to be taken lightly! Along with good blanks, these could do some real damage. They are great fun at the range and everyone always wants to lob some golf "grenades" down range.
When these first came out I bought one, 600 rounds of the German blank ammo available here and a box of cheap crappy practice balls. Those 3 items are all it takes for more fun than should be allowed! The blanks are on the hot side and launch the balls nearly out of sight. lower the barrel and you get distance you could never get with a golf club. I live next to the community pool one direction and 1 of the 2 city parks the other way. I've noticed nobody calls the cops when you fire a gun as long as you don't get carried away. I have a black powder signal cannon I take outside with me just in case. Anyway, I don't know why it's so much fun to shoot golf balls, but it is! Trying to get them to go where you want them to go is very difficult so you have to make sure there is nobody down range of the direction of fire so you don't hit them. A megaphone to yell "four!" would come in handy. So anyway, there a lot of fun and very dangerous so be careful when you fire a AR with one attached. Remember, the longer the barrel the further the ball goes. If you do get in trouble, don't try to play dumb because the blank scorches and puts a burn mark on the ball. Have fun but be safe!
