Emergency Water Bag

Flat-Pack Water Storage

The Sona Enterprises Emergency Water Bag is a 500 ml (about 17 oz) collapsible pouch that packs flat and fills when you need it. It is made for the situations where a rigid bottle takes up too much room: an emergency kit, a bug-out bag, a boat locker or a day pack on a long hike. When it is empty it weighs almost nothing and slips in beside your other kit.

Features

• 500 ml Capacity — Holds roughly 17 fl oz of water, about the same as a standard single-serve bottle.
• Collapsible Pouch Design — The bag stores completely flat, so you can keep a spare in a kit without giving up the space a hard bottle needs.
• Attached Screw Cap — A threaded plastic cap seals the spout to keep water in and dirt out once the bag is filled.
• Angled Corner Spout — The spout sits at an angled top corner, which makes it easier to fill from a tap or jug and to pour or drink from.
• Gusseted Base — Folded corners at the bottom let the base spread out as it fills, so the pouch can stand on its own when full.
• 145-Micron Film — The pouch wall is a 145-micron plastic film, thick enough for repeated handling yet still flexible enough to fold.
• Translucent Body — The clear film lets you check how much water is left at a glance.
• Kit-Ready Packaging — Each bag comes flat on a hanging card, ready to drop into a first-aid box, vehicle kit or go-bag.

Where It Fits

Sona Enterprises lists the bag for camping, hiking, boating and emergency kits. Treat it as a backup or overflow container: it gives you an extra half liter of storage for a refill stop, for water from a filter, or for a stash kept in the car. Several bags take up less room than one rigid canteen, so it is easy to pack more than one.
