The standard for a reasonI got these after my buddy who's a former medic told me this is what they used downrange. The vacuum seal keeps it sterile and the whole thing is flat enough to slide into a molle pouch without taking up much room. Used one on a training sim where we practiced wound packing and pressure dressings and it conforms way better than the cheap knockoffs I tried before. Only thing is the outer wrapper can be a little tough to tear if your fingers are sweaty or cold but once you get past that its smooth sailing.
Vacuum sealed and stays sterile for years on the shelf
Quick grip system makes application straightforward even under stressWould like to see an instruction diagram printed on the package

Trauma DressingFortunately, I haven't had to use it yet. I purchased it because it was a bit cheaper than the Israeli bandage and I thought I would add it to my trauma kit. Based on the picture, I don't see the pressure applicator that the Israeli bandage uses, but it looks like it has the clip to secure the bandage. It appears to use velcro and is stretchy so I imagine it will apply a good amount of pressure to the wound if used properly.
