The Gerber LMF II Infantry is a 10-inch fixed-blade knife designed by Jeff Freeman for military and survival use. It handles cutting rope, webbing and cord, camp chores and emergency tasks, and it rides in a sheath you can mount on a leg, belt or vest. • Partially Serrated Edge — A plain edge handles clean slicing while the serrated section near the handle saws through rope, strap and fibrous material.

Steel, Handle And Sheath

The blade is 420HC stainless steel, set in a molded handle with a textured rubberized grip and a pronounced guard to keep your fingers off the edge. The polymer sheath holds the knife with retention straps over the handle and mounts to MOLLE gear or straps to your thigh using the two buckled leg bands. A sharpener comes in the box, so you can keep the edge working without a separate stone.
