M16 Standard Bolt Carrier Group
The Battle Arms Development M16 Standard Bolt Carrier Group is a full-auto profile BCG built for AR-15, M4, and M16 platforms chambered in 5.56 NATO, .223 Rem, and .300 BLK. The carrier is machined from billet 8620 steel and case-hardened, while the 9310 steel bolt is shot-peened, MPI and HPT inspected, and finished in slick Black Nitride for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. A properly staked 4140 gas key with Grade 8 fasteners keeps the BCG locked together round after round. It's a solid choice for duty builds, defensive carbines, and high-round-count range rifles where reliability is non-negotiable.

- Properly Staked Gas Key — 4140 steel gas key machined from billet, secured with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked to mil-spec to prevent loosening under recoil.
- Hard-Chromed Firing Pin — Centerless-ground 17-4 H-900 steel firing pin with a hard chrome finish for slick, reliable ignition and easy carbon removal.
- 4340 Hardened Steel Cam Pin — Nitride-coated cam pin reduces wear and friction against the carrier during cycling.
- 5.56 NATO / .223 Rem Compatible — Drops into any standard AR-15, M4, or M16 upper chambered in 5.56 NATO, .223 Remington, or .300 BLK.
