Good product. Comfortable and the price point was great. Definitely satisfied. I use them at work as heavy duty oven mitts. They hold up very well. Not a complaint.
They're fine. They're really comfortable and work as advertised.

I like Mechanix gloves and have purchased other styles in the past. These were my second pair and they're really fine. If you have large hands though, these might not fit you well, so you might have to go up a size. The gloves are fairly thin and provide minimal warmth, but you can feel everything. They work as designed and allow you to have pretty good control over what you're doing, though your hands might get a little sore from using a power drill all day, etc. These have always been my go-to gloves for winter and even in summer if I need them. If you're not looking for anything super heavy duty and want some gloves that are thin enough to work with a cell phone or small iPad, these are the way to go.

Best all around gloves I have ever had and for the price there are great. I got the black camo and I use them for anything from hiking to yard work to riding my bike.
Excellent Shooting Gloves. Will Get U Abandon/Knockdown Duty Use In Less Than 3 Months, Though.

This review pertains to what I perceive to be at least three-months' real-world testing in a "dirty" (dusty/sand) combat/self-defense/urban-operations (Sneaky/camo)/urban-combat pistol and AR carbine shooting course, coupled with about three months of at-home shooting range work (in my case). My experiences should provide an accurate depiction of what real-world, "on the line" duty-duty performance is really like for an average soldier/LE/private-contractor in an urban combat situation (where most folks I know will likely spend most of their "on the line" career time. There are several different kinds of this brand of shooting glove, and these, I believe, are the most comfortable and most likely to get the abuse and abuse and provide you the most protection. I say that because I've worn the 1090 Combat Series Black-on-Charcoal with black plastic Palm Padding while driving "Vigorous" (5 mph +) (w/ hands above the top edge of the dash, between the visors and below window frames in a series of motorcycle windshield mount helmets on my helmet-less head. The other types of gloves, while excellent, just aren't as durable and I can't recommend using those in anything close to a "moderate-impact", prolonged (weeks) duty/military/duty environment). These, however, are a pretty tough workhorse. There are four gloves for every day of the year. All seasons (summer, winter, fall). The Cold-Gun series offers more heat retention, less breathability and less durability. And the Hardknuckle offers less of the same, except that it has extra protection over your fingers and your knuckles, so if you plan on getting the bee-jeebers knocked out of you by any hard or rigid surfaces on a day-to-day basis, then this would be a much better
... mine are still going strong in a dirty truck yard

My first pair was given to me in 2013, I'm currently on my 3rd. The first pair has a few tears in the leather palm, but the thumbs are still perfect, and there is no noticeable wear on the rest of the palm, and all of the fingers, with the exception of the index, which has always been stiff, like the other two pairs. I work in a dirty truck yard, where everything sticks to your hands. My old pairs are still going strong in a dirty truck yard. These gloves don't keep your hands from sweating in the summer, but do help protect your hands from winter. Overall I think they are a great buy.
They do exactly what they're supposed to.

The quality of the materials used are good and solid, but what you'd expect from Mechanix wear. As expected they fit well. These do not provide heat insulation. I was under the impression that there was a version of the original Mechanix gloves with more stitching on the palm side to provide some heat insulation, but this does not appear to be the case. I would definitely buy these again, just because the price is so good, you're hard pressed to find gloves of this quality. However, I'm sure there are gloves that offer better durability, fit, and heat insulation, and they may cost more.
