The US Military Improved Combat Shelter is a modern combat tent that has been previously issued to soldiers in the US military. With this combat shelter, soldiers were able to have technologically advanced shelter when resting for the night. These combat tents kept soldiers comfortable and dry when the weather was bad or shut out the sun for a restful sleep even during the daylight hours. Lightweight,  quick to setup, and capable of sleeping a soldier with their entire combat load comfortably and representing a huge improvement over the old two man shelter half tents that this shelter replaced.

    I was very impressed with this product, it is a far cry from what I had to use which would be the old shelter halves. Within one week of receiving the shelter I was forced to put it to use. I was up scouting for deer and elk season and luckily I had thrown it in the back of my UTV and I was trying to out race a thunder storm back to my truck, I lost. I quickly setup the shelter and weathered the storm. The shelter handled the wind and rain with no problems and I stayed dry throughout the ordeal. One thing I can say it also drys out pretty quick, which is a plus if you need to get somewhere. For the price from KEEP SHOOTING you can't beat it and I have already recommended it to friends.
