This is Ruger's own 10-round magazine for the Mark IV 22/45 rimfire pistol. Most owners buy a few so they can load several before a range session instead of stopping to refill one. It is also the right replacement if the magazine that came with the pistol is lost, worn or damaged.

• Full-Length Side Slot — A long cutout down the body shows where the follower sits, so you can see roughly how many rounds are left.
• Bright Steel Body — The metal tube has stamped reinforcing ribs along its length and shaped feed lips at the top that present each round to the chamber.
• Black Polymer Baseplate — The contoured base finishes the bottom of the 22/45 grip and gives you a solid surface to seat the magazine with the heel of your hand.
• Single-Column Design — Rounds stack in one straight line, which suits the rimmed .22 LR cartridge and helps it feed reliably.

Fit And Construction

The body is bright steel with a black follower and a black polymer baseplate. A spring under the follower pushes rounds up between the feed lips. Because it is a factory Ruger part (part number 90599), it drops into the Mark IV 22/45 without fitting or modification. It is made for the 22/45 grip frame and is not intended for the all-steel Mark IV models, so check which version you own before ordering.
