Adopted by the Soviet military in 1951, Nikolai Makarov's simple blowback pistol went on to arm police and soldiers across the entire Warsaw Pact — and decades later, imported Makarovs remain some of the most reliable and affordable surplus pistols on the range. Internal Parts
All three of our internal parts are new-production Bulgarian components machined from hardened steel to original Warsaw Pact specifications, and they drop into Bulgarian, Russian, East German, and Chinese PM-pattern pistols in both 9x18mm and .380. The Makarov extractor replaces the platform's best-known wear point and restores positive case extraction. The Makarov sear — complete with its secondary safety notch — brings a worn fire-control group back to spec, and the trigger bar assembly arrives pre-assembled with the disconnector installed, so there is no fitting required.
