Wonder Nine lives again!!I love these old first and second gen Smiths. The 59 and 459 don't get near the respect they deserve considering they were kicking around before the Beretta 92 and Glock 17 ever showed up on American shores. Problem is finding mags for them has always been a pain since S&W discontinued the line decades ago. These new production mags solved that problem for me bought 6 at the $19.95 price which is honestly a steal. Mine measure right at the same OAL as my two original mags and they lock into the mag catch without any wobble.

Does the job, shipped fastBought this for my Marlin Camp 9 carbine since these mags are cross-compatible. Was a little worried about the fit since the Camp 9 can be picky but this locked right in with a solid click. Loaded it up with Winchester white box and Hornady Critical Defense for testing - no problems feeding either. The spring was a little stiff the first time I loaded it (used a speed loader, my thumbs thank me) but after leaving it loaded for a week it smoothed out. Construction seems solid, stainless steel body looks like it'll hold up to years of use. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the baseplate feels a bit sharp on the edges out of the box, nothing a little sanding won't fix. Way better than the no-name mags I tried from eBay that wouldn't even lock in. Would buy again, probably grab a couple more for backup.

Worked perfect, fit was right and great value.Been shooting S&W 9mms since the 80s and these mags are exactly what my Model 59 needed. Fits perfect, no wobble, and the witness holes let you see exactly how many rounds you got loaded. .
