Sperian Bull Dog Gloves

Kevlar Knit Work Gloves

The Sperian Bull Dog is a work glove built for handling sharp, rough or hot material: sheet metal, wire, brush, brass, range steel. It pairs a knitted DuPont Kevlar shell with a leather palm, so the back of the hand stays flexible and breathable while the gripping surface takes the abrasion. This pair came through US Army supply, and it suits motor pool work, field chores and range days.

Features

• DuPont Kevlar Knit Shell — Kevlar is an aramid fiber known for resisting cuts and heat, and here it is knitted into the yellow back and cuff of the glove.
• Leather Palm And Fingers — Gray suede-finish leather covers the palm, thumb and the full length of each finger, where gloves wear through first.
• Leather Finger Sidewalls — The leather wraps around the edges of the fingers onto the back of the hand, protecting the sides when you grip or pinch.
• Breathable Knit Back — The open knit across the back lets heat escape, so the glove stays comfortable through longer jobs.
• Ribbed Knit Cuff — A stretch ribbed cuff closes snugly around the wrist to keep debris out without a strap or buckle.
• Overlocked Cuff Edge — The cuff opening is finished with an overlock stitch so the knit holds its shape and does not unravel.
• Sperian Bull Dog Marking — Sperian, Bull Dog and DuPont Kevlar branding is printed on the back of the hand.
• US Army Supply Item — Procured for Army use, giving you the same glove issued to soldiers rather than a commercial lookalike.

Genuine Army Issue

Sperian made safety gear for industry and government, and the Bull Dog is its Kevlar-and-leather work pattern. The two materials split the work: leather handles abrasion and grip on the palm, and the Kevlar knit gives cut resistance with flexibility on the back. For anyone fitting out a shop, a vehicle kit or a collection of issued US gear, this is the real Army item.
