Issued Grenade Pouch
This is the single hand grenade pouch from the US military's MOLLE II load-carrying system, issued to American service members to keep one fragmentation grenade secure on a vest or belt. The compact body and snap-down flap hold the grenade in place so it doesn't fall out or rattle loose. With no grenade in it, the same pouch carries a compass, a small first aid item, a fire kit or other compact survival gear.
Features
- Woodland Camouflage — The pouch is printed in the four-color US woodland pattern of green, brown, tan and black, with olive drab binding around the flap and edges.
- Nylon Construction — The body is made from heavy denier nylon, a dense, abrasion-resistant weave that also sheds light rain and mud.
- Snap Flap Closure — A brass-tone metal snap on the front flap keeps the contents in and opens quickly with one hand.
- Spoon Retention Loop — An internal loop secures the grenade's spoon, the spring-loaded safety lever on the side of the fuze, so the grenade sits locked in position.
- Drainage Grommet — A metal eyelet in the base lets water drain out instead of pooling in the bottom.
- MOLLE Attachment Straps — Two straps on the back weave through PALS webbing, the rows of nylon loops on military vests and packs, and fix the pouch wherever you want it.
- Belt And Strap Compatible — The same rear straps also fit around a duty belt or pack strap if you don't use a webbing platform.
- Compact Footprint — It measures about 4 x 2.75 x 2 inches (10 x 7 x 5 cm), so it takes up a single small slot on a carrier.

Great pouchI use this on my belt for carrying a compass and a small flashlight when Im out in the woods. The molle straps are easy to weave onto my belt and it stays put. The pouch is just the right size for those items, not too bulky. Only nitpick is the inside isnt lined so it might scratch delicate stuff but I just wrap my compass in a cloth. For genuine military gear this is a steal.

Perfect utility pouch for six bucksI am a total molle addict and put pouches on everything from my plate carrier to my range belt to my backpack. At under 6 dollars for a genuine US military pouch made from Cordura nylon this is basically free compared to what tactical companies charge for similar sized pouches. I use one on my range vest for holding a speed loader and loose rounds and another on my hiking pack for my lighter fire starter and tinder. The snap closure is quick to open with the long pull tab and secure enough that stuff doesnt fall out during movement. The molle straps on the back weave onto any standard webbing perfectly because its actual military spec not some airsoft knockoff. These are the kind of pouches you buy five or six of because at this price theres no reason not to have them everywhere.
