Description
Features
- Genuine USGI Issue — Authentic U.S. military contract Liner, Wet Weather Poncho (NSN 8405-01-547-2559), the original field item soldiers call the "woobie."
- Ripstop Nylon Shell — Tightly woven ripstop nylon outer resists tears, snags, and abrasion in rough field use.
- 100% Polyester Batting — Quilted polyester fill traps body heat and continues to insulate even when wet.
- Approx. 5 ft x 7 ft — Full adult coverage as a blanket, bag liner, or ground throw — roughly 62 in. by 82 in.
- Foliage Green Binding — Reinforced edge tape in foliage green frames the panel and prevents fraying.
- Corner and Center Ties — Nylon cord ties at the corners and midpoints lash the liner to a standard poncho for layered wet-weather warmth.
- Quilted Through-Stitching — Diamond-pattern stitching keeps batting evenly distributed so it won't bunch or shift after repeated use.
- Lightweight and Packable — Compresses small enough to stash in a ruck, assault pack, or vehicle kit without eating up real estate.
- Multi-Use Field Gear — Doubles as a blanket, sleeping bag liner, ground cover, sunshade, or improvised stretcher pad.
- Made in the USA — Manufactured to MIL-L-43335 specification by U.S. government contractors.

Best Surplus Blanket EverThis woobie liner is my go to now for backpacking. I attach it inside the poncho and it holds heat really well even if it gets a bit wet. Size is perfect at about 66 by 84 and it packs small.
Super versatile piece of gear.

Real deal USGI, worth every pennyThis is the genuine article not some cheap knockoff. You can tell by the stitching and the material. I used it as a poncho liner on a rainy overnight hike and it kept me warm and dry underneath my poncho. The size gives good coverage. Ive heard some people say the pattern fades after a few washes but mine still looks great after 3 washes. If you want a real woobie just get this one.

Certainly usedI was bit disappointed in the condition of both that I purchased. Loose threads, faded, obviously worn.
Still useful.
Wish it were in better condition.
