Ever since it was initially fielded in the Vietnam War, the wet weather poncho liner has achieved a special place in the hearts of soldiers who have used them. While the original purpose of this liner was to provide a layer of warmth beneath the wet weather poncho it has evolved to be virtually anything a soldier can find a use for it. Some uses would be a makeshift pillow or extra padding for a seat cushion for long rides in their vehicles.
The US Military Wet Weather Poncho Liners we have available are all US Marine Corps surplus. This poncho liner has the unique Marine Pattern camouflage on one side with it being reversible to coyote tan on the opposite. You can use this poncho liner to provide warmth under your own wet weather gear or use it as a blanket for taking a nap in your office. The possibilities are endless and any Veteran will surely enjoy this authentic wet weather poncho liner as they likely have fond memories of using one when they were on active duty.

The one I received was of absolutely great quality...no obvious signs of use or deterioration in any places. And the cost is so much better than what they ask for them in most milsurp stores or online, how can you go wrong? I like to have one for each member of my family, plus keep one in my get-home bag or in the truck for emergency needs, romantic or otherwise (haha)....seriously, they make great camping or picnic blankets, hold up very well to the rough wear & tear of my young children, and my own personal belief is you can't own too many (especially at this price).
Definitely a used or issued product. Several Irish pennants (loose threads) that I had to snip and it smelled of my old sea bag. The "fluff" was not there in comparison to a new and unissued woobie. Hey it's surplus and 20 bucks, you can't ask for much more. It will do its job as emergency blanket.
Dont worry its perfect..... so much so I am buying another.
Like everything else I get from Bryan and Mario at Keepshooting, this is a very good quality product. When I opened the package and inspected it, I could not believe it was used. It looked like it was in new, unused condition. I will continue to buy from these guys because their products are so reasonably priced and of such good quality.
I ordered two of these: one arrived looking almost unused, the other has a lot of the "quilting" threads broken and unraveling, and has a very small hole in one side. I'm planning to stitch over the unraveling parts to secure them, but the seam sealer used by the previous reviewer is a good idea too. The hole is an easy fix with some seam tape. Totally worth $20 even with minor repairs; the almost-new one was a pleasant surprise.
Good used condition. Had to clip a few threads that were coming undone , but clipping and a dab of seam sealer stopped that problem.
