This is a plain white twin flat sheet issued by the US Army, the same simple bedding the military stocks for single beds and bunks. A flat sheet has no elastic corners, so you can use it as a top sheet, tuck it under the mattress as a bottom sheet, or lay it between you and a scratchy wool blanket.
