The USSR First Aid Case is an example of Soviet over-building equipment for their military forces. These vintage bags are built tough and to last longer than any equivalent medic case issued by other armed forces. With a box like design that opens easily to reveal the contents you can imagine how much care the Soviet Army medical staff put into design of this case and selecting the equipment that would have went into it.
