British Army MTP Camo Combat Jacket

The British Army MTP Camo Combat Jacket is a genuine issue PCS (Personal Clothing System) field jacket worn by British Armed Forces in operations across Afghanistan, Iraq, and beyond. Cut from windproof polycotton in the official Multi-Terrain Pattern, it features angled bicep pockets with Velcro patch panels, side-access chest pockets sized to clear body armor, ventilated underarms, and a full zip front with storm flap. Adjustable cuffs and a drawcord hem lock out wind, while the IR-reduced fabric helps cut your signature under night vision. A solid pick for tactical training, airsoft, bushcraft, hunting, and serious outdoor work.

Served with 1 Rifles and wore PCS kit from the day it replaced the old CS95 smock, so i know exactly what i'm looking at when one of these lands on my doorstep. This one came in what i'd call Grade A used condition the MTP polycotton is still vibrant, no sun bleaching on the shoulders, velcro on the rank slide is crisp, and the armpit vents zip smooth as the day it left Cadet Direct or whatever disposal contractor offloaded it. NSN label inside the collar is intact and date-stamped, which tells me it's a genuine MoD disposal piece and not one of those Propper or Helikon-Tex knock-offs being passed off as USGI-equivalent. Construction is exactly what i remember: reinforced stitching at the elbow patches, the angled arm pockets that actually fit a field notebook, and a storm flap that actually keeps wind out unlike some commercial repros i've handled. Compared something like Crye G3 kit which is excellent but costs three times this for surplus MTP at this price point there's nothing close.

Genuine MoD disposal piece with intact NSN label and date stamp

Needed a durable work jacket for landscaping and tree work, something that wouldn't show dirt and could take abuse. The British MTP has a reputation for toughness, so I took a chance on a used one for 25 bucks. Jacket arrived as described some fading, a small repair on the sleeve (well done, military style), all features functional. The MTP pattern hides dirt and sawdust remarkably well, the green-brown tones working better than my old Carhartt. The fabric is tough I've snagged it on branches, leaned against rough bark, no tears. Glad I got it!
