Perfect match for my stainless ColtI'm pretty picky about what mags I run in it. Tried Wilson Combat, Chip McCormick, and a few others over the years and these Colt stainless 8-rounders are right up there with mags that cost twice as much. Seated and dropped free clean right out of the wrapper, no stiff break-in period, no dragging on the mag well. Fed 230gr ball and 230gr hollow points without a single issue through about 120 rounds. The laser-welded body feels solid, no flex, no sharp edges on the seams. At fifteen bucks a piece I grabbed four of them. Only minor thing is the stainless finish shows fingerprints pretty easy but thats purely cosmetic and honestly who cares on a range mag.
Drops free clean, no dragging or hesitation on release
Price is hard to beat for a stainless Colt magStainless shows fingerprints and smudges easily

Does exactly what its supposed toNot much to say honestly, its a mag and it works. Drops free, feeds reliably, and the 8th round doesnt give you any trouble like some cheaper mags do. Replaced my old Metalform mags with these and im happy with the switch.

Premium 1911 magazineI was looking for quality magazines for my Colt 1911 and these exceeded my expectations. The stainless steel construction feels premium and the magazines load smoothly without any binding. For the price, you're getting a magazine that performs as well as the original Colt magazines.
Eight rounds gives you more firepower without bulk

Stainless steel magazine, eight rounds, super quickGot this magazine in like 2 days which was insanely fast. The Colt 1911 magazine holds eight rounds of .45 ACP without extending below the frame which is perfect. The stainless steel construction looks really slick and professional on my 1911. Already using it at the range and the feeding is flawless every single time.

No problemsIve tried probably every 1911 magazine brand on the market over the years and these are right at the top of my list. The 8 round capacity is perfect because you get that extra round but the magazine still looks and fits like the gun was designed for it. I shoot my 1911 in local bullseye matches and reliability is everything when youre trying to focus on fundamentals instead of worrying about your equipment. These mags have given me zero issues through over a thousand rounds at this point. The feed lips are precisely formed and consistent between all the magazines I bought which tells me the quality control is dialed in. The stainless steel also ages beautifully and develops a nice working patina over time that I personally love. For under 15 dollars this is genuinely hard to beat and I dont say that lightly as someone whos very picky about what goes in my 1911.
At under 15 dollars per magazine the value is outstanding for a stainless steel 8 round 1911 mag
