1911-22 Thread Adapter
The Sig Sauer 1911-22 ships with metric M9x0.75mm barrel threads, a size most suppressors and muzzle accessories are not made for. This United Defense adapter replaces the factory barrel nut and gives the pistol standard 1/2-28 TPI threads (28 threads per inch on a half-inch diameter), the common pattern for .22 LR suppressors. It suits owners who want to run a can, a mock suppressor or a threaded cleaning adapter on their rimfire 1911 without sending it to a gunsmith.

Fit And Installation
The adapter is made for the Sig Sauer 1911-22 and also fits the GSG 1911-22, which shares the same M9x0.75mm barrel thread. To install it, remove the factory barrel nut, thread the adapter onto the barrel and snug it with a 15mm wrench on the flats. The package includes the adapter and its thread protector, both in black. Confirm that any suppressor you plan to mount is rated for .22 LR and 1/2-28 threads.

Cheap adapter that actually worksWasnt sure what to expect for the price but this thing is legit steel and threaded on smooth with zero play. Took like 45 seconds with the little wrench that came with my pistol. Running it with a rimfire can and its been quiet enough I dont bother with muffs when Im shooting subsonics in the backyard range.
