Nice fit great add on for grip replacement or other stock

Works well with the LOP STOP butt pad and M5 glove with QD sleeve. I will be buying more of these. They are easy to install and look good on the rifle

Awesome replacement for the factory stock. This was the cheapest option out there for the flat dark earth color. Easy to install, feels good in the hand, it just looks great on the rifle.

Bought this because it looks better than most standard fixed stocks. The tube itself fits well in my SPR build. I can get a decent cheek weld and there is no slop in the stock.

If your stock's worn out and tired or your stock is missing and your looking for an affordable quality product, buy it. If you are having your stock milled for accessories and your want that solid block feeling with little wiggle Hogue will not let you down

nice fit. I would have like to have a thicker stock for some things but this stock seems very durable for its purpose. It is also very soft against the cheek. I have this stock installed on my last two builds and both guns shoot very well with little sight changes and I really like it. Its not so tight as to have the nut strip but snug enough to hold my lower tight and with minimal slop in all the controls.

Great stock! Love the beaver tail and cheek rest it provides! The stock fits great on a standard stock spacer too. I can also tighten it up if I'd like. No rattle or wobble like some other standard buttstocks. I like this stock and I highly recommend it. Will be getting a couple more.

I love this adjustable stock on my most recent build. Fits tight with a great feel. If you want to add a more customized stock to your AR-15 this should be at the top of your list. Looks awesome and does not wobble. Easy install! Thanks guys!

Replaced mil spec with an Hogue carbine collapsible buttstock and it’s excellent, fit perfectly and easy to use. This carbine stock gives the customer an extra inch for better sighting. Would recommend this item to anyone. Thanks.

Hogue has really made this stock great, good color, rubbery feel, snug fit on my Daniel Defense extended buffer tube. Can’t wait to get out to range. And yes, there is more color variation than shown in the ad photo but the differences aren’t noticeable in person.

Hogue does it again. High quality product. No flaws, tight and secure fit. Easy to get the accessories on or off the stock. Love it. Wish they would offer a collapsible model for the hogue stock. But otherwise the kit above is all I use on all my guns. Love hogue grips, forearm, and handgaurds.

I got the black one. I'm looking for a thicker beaver tail but this is close. If your looking for more of the "rifle buttstock" this is what your looking for. Its thicker and has an excellent recoil pad. I have houge furniture on all my ARs, it has worked great. My favorite brand. I wish this came in multiple stock colors. It fits very tight. The dust cover will not come off unless you force it, or use the plastic removal tool included. It doesn't rattle or make noise. This is not for just some people, if your used to commercial ARs and aftermarket stocks, then you may be dissapointed. You will have to cut for magpul cuff. Overall good stock. 80/100. Best bang for your buck. For a stock thats built well. I have a number 1 con about my pro, not really a con just a pro. Is why it gets a 80/100. This stock and cheek piece have zero recoil. No beartrap or qd cup needed. Great, but for what your getting its not as aggressive as I like my cheek pieces. I like a more direct placement. This has to fit on commercial or non. So the cheek weld is what it is, it welds great. Just not aggressive enough. All houge cheek welds have some wiggle. Its just what they do. All you need is the pressure of you pushing your cheek into the stock, there is not loose material. No beartrap, no cups. It comes with 2 covers, just the right or left. If you buy this, dont go thinking this is a direct Impact Stock. You want impact stocks, get magpul, dagger, ets. Magpul stocks have Qd cups. I think houge is the best midgrade you can get for ARs. If they made one in gray with qd cups and direct impact cup like beartrap it would be the bomb, but for now, I'll keep them, wish I had them in the Gray, cause the gray ones I have they are

Excellent alternative to Magpul. It is more expensive, but seems like it will last longer.

Replaced my Magpul MOE stock with this. Was able to tighten it down so that it didn't move at all and was nice and snug. I'm able to shoulder the rifle with the butt against my shoulder and it doesn't move. Also has storage underneath for what you need to accessorize your AR with. Overall it's a very nice piece and fits snug. You can even put your sling through the screws for attaching it if you want to.

Looks good and good quality overall but is a one piece buttstock without being able to adjust the length to a desired length like you can with many of other buffer style buttstock option out there, that can sometimes have a drawback in tightness and fitment over time, this buttstock doesn't have that option so its a bit less functional than it should be if you're willing to spend the money on a quality option that could be custom fitted and look good and functional as an AR buttstock, if all you're looking for is just a buttstock to attach a buffer tube to, you could do a lot worse but there are some that are less money that offer the desired features of adjustable length if you're willing to sacrifice quality for cost savings but overall this buttstock is good quality and looks nice but for 35-40 dollars you can get more functionality out of your AR buttstock if your main priority is just to attach a buffer tube to the end of your buffer tube and don't care about adjusting the buttstock length to a desired length if you could that would give this option some added versatility, in addition I think a little loop like you can get on more cheaper options would help it also, the only added thing you could do is include an option of the overmold in dark tan instead of the color option it is but that would only help it for appearance if you wanted to make it match other tan over mold option but that would be a nice addition and maybe even add some functionality for extra cost.

Love this buttstock. Very tight on milspec length carbine buffer tubes with almost no rattle. And is pretty lightweight compared to most standard stocks. Only complaint I have is you must cut it to fit. A longer section for castle nut placement would have been nice. Other than that would buy again. Especially for price.

A big upgrade from mil spec butt stock. Installed in minutes. Looks great. Recommend to anyone upgrading their gun stock

it looks nice, it functions well and has good ergonomics, you can fit a mag to your bony mag holders with just a bit of stretch.

I installed this stock onto a .300 Blackout ar build. The only issues with installing it is that my rail was slightly loose and it made it slightly hard to fit. It still snapped into place and once I put my QD lever on there, it didn't budge at all! This feels and looks great and I would recommend this to anyone!

hogue makes good products and at a good price .

It fits well, but can't really say if it's more stable since it was my first rifle to install this stock. It has nice overmold texture to prevent gripping the material, but also does not rub any place when firing and using my trigger finger.

I love Hogue grips and these match the mil spec grip length perfectly. This unit has the Hogue mono pad which allows the butt to fit flush to the shoulder without sticking into your neck. If you have to install an stock, get one of these and you will not regret it. They also have a tan version that will be the perfect color match to Accuracy International AX bore. You won't be sorry

This is one of my favorite stocks to use on my builds. It's comfortable and well made.

This stock was easy to install and looks great on my AR-15 build.

I bought this as a replacement for my Magpul MOE Fixed Carbine Stock and it works great! The Hogue has a more solid feel to it and the rubber over molding feels good in your hand.
